Find out what they did to get ready , what their pregnancies were like. you’re likely to see everyone with new eyes after this. And you’ll coome away knowing some well kept secrets and feel like you are finally being treated like an adult!

If you’re under a lot of stress, it’s time to take a break or do whatever it takes to relax. It’s not easy to conceive under pressure. Try to lead as healthy a life as you can manage. Get enough sleep, exercise and eat well. Stay happy.

Get fighting fit for an easy pregnancy. The fitter you are, the more likely you are to have an easy pregnancy and delivery. But exercising to an extreme can make it harder for you to get pregnant. If you don’t exercise, it’s a great time to start. You could choose an activity like walking, yoga etc, and devote half an hour each day to it. Under normal circumstances, it will always help you to keep exercising lightly throughout your pregnancy.
