It can be due to various causes like infections  of the upper respiratory tract by viruses and bacteria, direct trauma to  the sinuses, swimming in infected waters, a block in the ostia of the  sinuses leading to stagnation of secretions in the sinus or due to  extension of infection from an infected tooth. A poor socioeconomic  status favours sinusitis. So it is widely prevalent in developing  countries. The common bacteria responsible are Staphylococci,  Streptococci, Pneumococci, Klebsiella etc. The disease manifests as  acute pain over the surface of the sinus with constitutional symptoms  like fever, malaise and body ache. Nasal discharge and postnasal  discharge are also present. The diagnosis can be made by X-ray  examination of head. CT scan is more helpful. While sunflower seeds contain approximately the same amount of polyunsaturated fats as their counterpart nuts, they are much richer in antioxidants that ward off cancer, cataracts and heart disease. Sunflower seeds are also high in vitamin E content. It has been shown by research studies that consuming high amounts, which is to say in the area of 100 IU (the RDA is presently at 15 IU on a daily basis) of vitamin E on a daily basis helps to cut the risk of developing heart disease by approximately 40 percent.</p>
<p>Fish and fish oils contain the very important omega 3 fatty acids that the body requires to help lower the blood fats, and in particular triglycerides. It is believed that high amounts of triglycerides in the blood are more dangerous for females than they are for males. Eating regular portions of fish is also beneficial for lowering blood pressure and for easing many of the discomforts that arthritis brings with it. The fish highest in omega 3 fatty acids include salmon, blue fish, anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring and lake trout. It is recommended that an individual eat two to three servings of fish per week. It is not recommended that you start taking fish oil supplements unless you first discuss it with your physician.</p>
<p>Nuts are very good for the heart. In particular, walnuts have been found to lower levels of bad cholesterol a great deal. By getting rid of saturated fats in the diet and instead substituting polyunsaturated fats that are contained in nuts you can do a great deal of good for your heart. Nuts, listed in order of those containing the highest levels of monounsaturated fatty acids to the least include macadamias, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, pistachios, Brazil nuts, peanuts, pine nuts and walnuts.</p>
<p>Olive oil is very rich monounsaturated fat, which helps to decrease the level of cholesterol in the blood. Olive oil is a mainstay of those living in the Mediterranean region. Oliver oil can be purchased in regular, light tasting, virgin and extra virgin. If you do not particularly like the taste of olive oil then reach for canola oil as it contains plenty of monounsaturated fats and is low in saturated fat content. Other types of oils that are healthiest because of their monounsaturated fats include flaxseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, grape seed oil, soybean oil and walnut oil. If you want to decrease your bad cholesterol (LDL) by anywhere from seven to ten percent then substitute either olive oil or canola oil fro butter or margarine (more so if you are replacing butter which contains more fat than margarine). Be aware however that all oils have at least 144 grams of fat, not to mention 120 calories for every tablespoon.</p>
<p>Flaxseed oil is another oil that is beneficial for health. This type of oil comes the flax plant and is an “oilseed.” Flaxseed oil is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids as well as lignans. Eating a diet rich in lignans helps to decrease the risk of developing many different kinds of cancers, not to mention osteoporosis and circulatory disease.</p>
<p>Seeds, nuts, fish and oils have many health benefits and if you are looking to live a healthier life they should become a staple in your diet.</p>

Acne treatments are usually simply a convenience – something to make pimply teens feel better about the way they look – but if you have severe scarring acne, they are a necessity.</p>
<p>Bad acne sometimes is something that will not go away on its own without proper care and treatment. It can definitely leave scars on the face that can last for the rest of your life if it is so severe.</p>
<p>That doesn’t mean that every acne treatment has to be drastic. A lot of people get by with pretty simple acne treatments using little more than soap, water, and common sense. When my best friend in high school came down with a bad acne breakout, his mom put him on a strict diet. He ate a lot of fruits and vegetables, cut out all processed foods, and gave up beef and fatty meats.</p>
<p>In addition, he got an acne cleanser – basically rubbing alcohol with a little mojo – and took to washing his face three or four times a day. His face cleared up within a week, all without the use of any drastic acne treatments.</p>
<p>My case was different. I got little benefit from facial cleansers and soaps. Although eating badly made my acne worse, eating well did not make it much better. My mom was getting worried that I would get scars, so she took me to the dermatologist.</p>
<p>The doctor was glad that I had come in. Apparently, acne scar treatment is a whole lot more difficult than treating the acne itself before it gets to that point. He provided a facial cream called Retin-A, and told me to come back if the problem did not go away.</p>
<p>In the beginning, I was doubtful that things would improve or get better. Things had hardly improved after four days of using his prescribed acne treatments and it made me more skeptical. Nevertheless, I decided to be patient and gave it another week. Little by little my face started to improve and looked much better.</p>
<p>The cream did not work by itself, but with the aid of careful eating habits and frequent facial cleansing, it did the job. Soon, I was almost entirely pimple free. I still had to watch out for occasional breakouts, but after going to the doctor, it was never that bad anymore.</p>

My question is – you want to know the best diet plan, simply because they can not get rid of forbidden foods and can not lose much weight do you want? Do you really think that no diet on earth to help you lose weight without restricting food intake in some way? Before you shake your head, let me tell you more or less, almost all diet programs come with their own restrictions. The best diet plan is one that imposes fewer restrictions on their eating habits. In my opinion, if you find an eating plan, you better stick to throughout your life, because it is worth its weight in gold!</p>
<p>Remember, to lose weight all you need do is eat healthy foods. The imposition of unnecessary restrictions on the foods you are doing good. Deprived of their favorite foods will be forced to start eating to excess, and over time, gain more weight than you started with!</p>
<p>2. Do you hate counting calories all the time, throughout your life? You know, I hate feeding programs that require me to know the calorie content of each food you eat alone, and counting the calories in each piece of food that I have for my dinner. It’s disgusting! If you’ve never counted calories, you will agree with me that weight is not only tedious and boring, but also very frustrating. The number of calories, while another makes the plan easy weight loss are much more complicated, which discourages the achievement of your goals of weight loss.<br />
Consider, for example, what will you do before you visit your favorite restaurant fast food? Do you plan your food for months or weeks in advance, or try to know if the food will be served with more calories than you’re allowed to eat?</p>
