1 Avoid stimulants such as sugar, coffee, tea and cigarettes, and limit alcohol.
2 Avoid saturated (animal) fats and hydrogenated (processed) fats.
3 Avoid simple (refined) carbohydrates, including white bread, biscuits, cakes and other processed foods.
4 Avoid unnatural additives, flavorings and preservatives.
5 Eat more beans, lentils, seeds, nuts and whole grains.
6 Eat more vegetables, raw or lightly cooked (steaming is best).
7 Eat oily fish several times a week.
8 Eat several servings of fresh fruit every day.
9 Wherever possible eat organically-grown, natural, unprocessed foods.
10 Drink plenty of filtered water.
11 Avoid these poisonous items in your diet and medications: aspartame, ritalin, Prozac, fluorinated water, vaccinations.
