Make sure that all your personal care products when it comes for expelling acne purposes is all mild and oil free. Moisturizers are a big no-no as it will allow more oil to form on the skin causing acne to grow. Oil blotting papers too are essential when you are on the go.
2. Digestion Care
Taking care of your digestive system by eating the right food can help to avoid zits to keep forming as well especially by reducing the fats intake. Fats contain oil and it is not only good for health but at teenage years, it will sure increase the rate of cystic acne. Water is an ideal form of solution as it is pure, gentle to the body system and helps to hydrate the skin better. Drinking at least 8 glasses a day can make a lot of differences.
3. Being Active
You need to be active physically to stay fit. Playing sports and performing exercises can not only regulate the heart activity as well as the stress level but it helps you to sweat more expelling the toxins out. That is why after sports, it is advised to freshen up as it will help to reduce the growth of acne.
