Naturaly nail tips

All of us admire soft and cared-for hands. So, if you implement proper hand and nail care, you will make others admire the softness and beauty of your hands.

Having healthy, natural nails is not as complex as you may think at first. For protection our nails usually need nail polish and regular usage of hand cream as a moisturizer.

To have natural and cared-for nails, make use of the advice below regarding hand and nail care.

When washing your hands, avoid using soaps whenever possible. They dry out the nails and skin. After washing your hands apply a hand cream or lotion to soften them.

Avoid peeling or scraping off your nail polish. You should avoid using metal instruments for pushing back the cuticles. It is perilous to cut the cuticles of your nails, as the skin bonds with the nail there. When you open a cuticle, bacteria will have access to the blood system. Meanwhile, your cuticle protects the nail root from bacteria. Just push your cuticle back with a cuticle pusher, but never cut it. In case you have strong cuticle growth, control it with special cuticle softeners and cuticle remover liquids.

Use nail polish remover as seldom as possible. You should especially avoid those containing acetone. They will strongly dry your nails and may also cause nail yellowing or discoloration. It is not damaging, but the natural look of your nails will disappear.

A perfect time for your manicure is after having a bath, as you will have removed your nail dirt.

Using> nail hardener will be good to minimize nail enamel chipping and peeling. Those with nylon fibers are also very good.

A perfect way to make your dry hands soft and good-looking is to use a thick hand cream. Smother your hands with it, wear cotton gloves, then rubber gloves and then wash up. The heat will melt the cream, and the oils will soften even the roughest hands. Its results will be amazing. This procedure will make the fingernails grow, too.

Facial Skin With Fruit Peels

Posted by admin on November 29th, 2009

Possessing  good facial skinis everybody’s cherished desire. Indeed facial skin can accentuate facial features or, on the contrary, conceal them.

Our skin is exposed to environmental pollution. And that’s why maximum efforts and constant attention is required to protect it against any possible damage.

For protecting our facial skin we should first of all attach a great importance to fruits. We consume a considerable amount of fruits and vegetables in our daily life. Some people eat fruits peeling off fruit skins, unaware that that the whole healthy ingredients of a fruit is concentrated in its skin.

Remember that when you put something on your face, 60 percent of it is absorbed. Fruit peels contain enzymes so consider scrubbing the peels of the fruits you eat on your face. Bear in mind that fresh fruit is not merely good to eat but is perfect for your skin.

In case your skin is dry, apricot and peach peels can be the best solution for you. If you possess oily skin, apply pear or apple peels since they are perfect for blemishes (they are more typical to oily skin). If you have normal skin consider grape peels. As for cucumber peels, they are great for any type of skin.
