How To Lose Fat On Your Face

1) Exercise
Exercise is very important for losing your face fat or any other fat in the body. Exercise will help you to burn body fat and produces muscles.To lose fat on your face, you can perform specific facial exercises but the best way to lose face fat is to perform exercise of the entire body.Walking, running, cycling and aerobic activities are good exercises that can help you to lose body fat including the face.
For specific facial exercises you can perform the followings:
Relax and smile in front of a mirror while your lips remain closed. Stretch your mouth very wide. Hold this position for about ten seconds.Repeat this procedure five times.This is good for chubby cheeks.
You can also perform chin slap by slapping your chin continuously with the back of your hand. Repeat this procedure for a number of times. This will help to make your chin firm.
2) Drink more water
This is necessary in order for you to be hydrated at all times. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. This will improve your health. When you do not drink enough water, your body and most especially the face tends to retain as much water as it can and then get bloated. Drinking lots of water will flush out all the unnecessary fluids retained in the body. Drinking a lot of water can also reduce overeating and this will help you to lose face and body fat.
3) Reduce salt intake
Reduce your sugar and salt intake in food. Salt is known to cause water retention and bloating. Therefore, try to avoid salty food and also try to control the amount of salt in your diet. This will prevent water retention in the body and face.
