But exercising to an extreme can make it harder for you to get pregnant. If you don’t exercise, it’s a great time to start. You could choose an activity like walking, yoga etc, and devote half an hour each day to it. Under normal circumstances, it will always help you to keep exercising lightly throughout your pregnancy.
